When cooking eggs or with eggs (omelet, baking, whatever), break them into a separate container first, one by one, to make sure they’re good and them pour into whatever you’re working with (cake batter/cookie dough etc).
It sounds silly, or even like a waste of time. The chances of getting a bad egg are pretty slim but it happens.
That was me last year over Christmas. I was making everyone omelets for breakfast and decided to break them all into one big bowl to beat. There was a bad one, a lot of egg was wasted (-_-)
I guess I’m having flash backs since Christmas is around the corner. Just thought I’d mention it (^_^)
