10 / 23 / 1510 / 12 / 15

I know we are getting into our summer season now so you can save it for later when the cold season starts again. But if you are like me and you just like soup, you will enjoy this.

1 / 20 / 128 / 4 / 15

I have never cooked eggplant. I’ve seen my Mother do it, but never done it myself. Figured it was time to give it a go (^_^)

Linguini with yellow and red peppers.

10 / 10 / 114 / 20 / 15

Nice and easy flavourful vegetarian dinner. Also very quick to prepare, just because you don’t have time doesn’t mean you have to give up flavour. Definitely one to keep and do again.
