I saw Jamie Oliver make this one in a YouTube video, I’m doing it from memory.
My husband is not a fan of cheese filled or creamy things — or so he says. I really wanted something cheesy for breakfast though so I had a backup plan incase he said he couldn’t eat it (^_^)
Beat 3 eggs with 5 tablespoons of milk and salt to taste.
Heat some oil in a pan and add the beaten egg. Keep fire low. Lift sides as it hardens to let the raw egg slip under to cook.
When there’s not enough runny egg to slip under add the cheese. You can put it on one side and fold the egg in half, or a strip down the middle and do a jacket fold.
Flip it a couple of times till egg is done. Serve with hash-browns/toast/whatever you fancy.
I served it with toast.
