Roots are the best! They are some of the healthiest carbs around. I like to have taro root for breakfast. Just boil or steam, them salt to taste with some tea. I take it as is, but for my husband I add a plain omelet. He’s a big boy, he needs the protein (^_^)
I clearly over salted them (-_-) He likes way too much salt!
