I wanted to do something different with the sukuma (collard greens/kale). I’ve been cooking it the same way every time. I called my sister-in-law for suggestions. She had several,… can’t remember them, other than the one I did (^_^)
Mix with spinach!

I’ve never mixed it with spinach. I’ve tasted it mixed with pumpkin leaves once at a family meeting. It was very nice.
Started with two cloves of garlic, grated. Fried them in oil a little bit, then added 2 chopped onions.
Once the onions softened I put in the washed and chopped veggies.
When the veggies softened I added tomatoes.
Served with ugali.
