I had not planned what I would make for dinner. Sometimes days go way too fast. You plan for three days and figure you’re set for a good amount of time and don’t have to think about it for a while. But then that fourth day just sneaks up on you. This was that fourth day. I had an odd selection of groceries. This was the least weird combination I could come up with (^_^)

KP (no LC) gave me just enough time to decide what to cook and then cut the power. So I cooked the pasta and spinach by candle and the flash light on my phone!
Cook your pasta as the packaging instructs.

I fried the bacon in a pan as usual (no added oil). When it was done I added 2 tablespoons of cream. I wanted it to have a bit of sauce but it didn’t work as I expected. They were still a bit dry. In the end it didn’t need the extra sauce. Next time I will bake the bacon in the oven instead of frying.
