Mango and avocado salad

This is a do over of an old recipe that I took down earlier this year. I’ve made it way way better!

Tilapia baked in basil and garlic, served with mango and cucumber salsa

All these flavours can together quite nicely! I was a little concerned about the basil in the fish but it was surprisingly good, and the salsa made a great coplement.

Cake, fruit and ice-cream: the all in one dessert!

I wanted to make this several weeks ago, but I kept forgetting to get a pineapple for it. When I did remember to get one there weren’t any good ones, or they were over priced! The pineapple I bought for 70/- last year is 120/- in the market today. Just wrong!

Mango and pawpaw whip

If you tend to buy lots of pawpaws and mangoes like me this is a great way to use them up if they ripen all at the same time. Give your family or guests a treat (^_^)
